Inspection, samples and shipment consolidation are charged at actual cost. If your orders start to repeat, a monthly package will suit you better.

The free check needs at least 30 invoice lines from the last 12 months. Packages are set by your annual purchasing volume, and a one-off order has its own Single Order package for an invoice under about USD 5,000. Each factory sets its own minimum order quantity (MOQ) per item; we put it in writing in the quote before you decide, and suggest consolidating with other suppliers or splitting the order if the quantity is more than you need. Monthly fees are paid at the start of each month. Any fees you paid for a monthly package come back in full within the first 30 days, no questions asked. It's a written guarantee and doesn't cover the Single Order package. Every package fee is fixed, published and sent to you in writing before you decide, and your goods invoice is the factory price plus freight and delivery at actual cost, with no margin. That's also why you start with the free check: you pay nothing before you've seen your number.

Invoices or purchase orders from the last 12 months, in any format: photos, PDF or Excel, with at least 30 lines. For each line we need the item, its specification, quantity, unit price and date, and you're welcome to strike out supplier names. You send them on WhatsApp after the NDA is signed; nothing is uploaded to the website. If your file is incomplete or small, we tell you exactly what's missing, or say in writing that it isn't enough for a reliable result.

Yes. We send you a mutual NDA, already signed by us, before you share a single page. Only a small part of our team can open your file, your company name and prices never appear in any request for quotation sent to a supplier, and you can strike your suppliers' names out of the invoices. The same confidentiality is part of every package after the check.

You decide, with no commitment until you've seen your number. In the results session we show the yearly size of the gap and the three biggest leaks, and put every item in one of three boxes: move, negotiate or keep. The report doesn't name factories; you see them once we work together. If the gap is smaller than our fees, we'll tell you plainly.

It depends on the item, and the free check answers it with numbers. A local distributor usually buys from the same factories, then adds freight and a margin, and may give you credit terms that are worth something. We set the landed cost beside their price: some items are worth moving to direct import, some you renegotiate with your distributor using our benchmark price, and some stay put because the credit is worth more than the gap.

Using published salaries across the GCC, the cost depends on your purchasing volume and how many sectors you run. A buyer costs about USD 1,600 to 1,900 a month per sector, a coordinator about USD 1,300 to 1,650, and a procurement manager about USD 2,700 to 4,200. Adding 12% for end-of-service, health insurance and residency puts a team of three at about USD 6,300 to 8,600 a month. For comparison, Starter is KD 475 a month (about USD 1,550) and Growth is KD 750 a month (about USD 2,450), and each covers the whole company. Yes, you see the factory's name and price on every order. Your goods invoice is the factory price as it is, plus freight and delivery at actual cost, with no hidden margin. Suppliers pay us nothing; our only income is the published package fee. And if one day you'd rather buy from the factory directly, that's your right, and we'll tell you honestly when buying direct is enough.

We reply the same working day, and we confirm your check's start day the same day, because we take a limited number of checks each week. Your result arrives before hour 72 from when your files reach us. Factory quote and production times vary with the item and quantity, and we put them in writing in every quote before you decide.

We request quotes from several factories for every item and compare them, drawing on a network of 800+ vetted suppliers and our bases in Yiwu, Guangzhou and Foshan. We get a sample before the order, write a specification the item is ordered against, and inspect the goods before shipping; nothing ships until you approve. On Growth and Full Department we also line up a backup factory for your key items.

Yes. Every supplier delivers to our Foshan warehouse, and everything ships together as one sea or air shipment, with one clearance and one arrival date at your warehouse. Consolidation is included in the monthly packages and charged at actual cost on Single Order, and the freight itself is billed at actual cost with no margin.
