Carton dimensions after packing, weight and a product description on WhatsApp. A written rate comes back within the hour during working hours.
- 02Receive your code and the warehouse address
Once you approve the rate you get a personal code and our Foshan warehouse address.
- 03Your suppliers ship under the code
Every supplier writes the code on every carton. The code is what links the goods to your account.
- 04We inspect, consolidate and ship
We check cartons on arrival, merge them into one shipment and confirm the departure date.
- 05Customs clearance and door delivery
We clear the shipment in Kuwait, send the invoice with a payment link, and the driver coordinates delivery the same or next day.
Sea freight questions
How much does shipping from China to Kuwait cost?
Air freight is KWD 3.5 per kg and arrives in 5–7 working days; sea freight is KWD 120 per CBM and arrives in 65–70 days, customs included. Prices include Kuwait customs clearance and door delivery (DDP) and exclude the Ministry of Industry approval for electrical appliances. The numbers are published live from our rate table. How long does shipping from China to Kuwait take?
Air freight takes 5–7 working days from when your goods reach our warehouse; sea freight takes 65–70 days including Kuwait customs clearance. If the product is being manufactured to order, add production time (typically 15–25 days at the factory) before shipping starts.
What is the minimum shipment size?
The minimum is 5 kg for air freight and 0.25 CBM for sea freight. There is no minimum number of cartons — only total weight or volume matters.
Does the price include customs clearance?
Yes. All our prices include Kuwait customs clearance and delivery to your door (DDP): the price we agree is the final price, with no surprises on arrival. The only two exceptions are the Ministry of Industry approval for electrical appliances and the fixed release fees on certain categories (next question).
Do you have a warehouse in China? How does consolidation work?
Yes — our main warehouse is in Foshan, with bases in Guangzhou and Yiwu. Buy from any number of suppliers; each one sends goods to our warehouse marked with your personal code, and we merge everything into one shipment with one price, one customs clearance and one delivery — instead of ten separate freight bills.
