What we do at each stage, from the factory to your door
Order one stage or the whole chain. Here is what we actually do at each stage, and which service delivers it.
Buying from factories
We find and verify the factory, negotiate in Chinese and arrange the sample, then issue the purchase order, pay the factory and follow production every week.
Inspection before shipment
A photographed inspection inside the factory before shipment, and you approve before a single carton moves. Cartons are checked again when they reach our warehouse.
Consolidation in Foshan
Our main warehouse is in Foshan, with bases in Guangzhou and Yiwu. Goods from all your suppliers are merged under one code into one shipment.
Sea and air freight
Sea per CBM for heavy or bulky goods, air per kg for light or urgent cargo. Kuwait rates are published; the rest of the GCC is quoted per shipment.
Clearance and delivery to your door
In Kuwait we clear the shipment and deliver it to your warehouse, and the published rate includes both (DDP). Elsewhere in the GCC we set this out in the written quote.
Machinery and production lines
From the technical specification to a recorded test run, then container freight to your factory floor and the raw materials after commissioning.
What the quote includes
Included: inside the price or the service. Conditional: added or changed by the type of goods or the order. Written quote: confirmed in writing per shipment or project before you commit.
