Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Dr.Ship collects when you deal with us, why we use it, who helps us process it and the choices you have. It applies to our WhatsApp lines, phone calls, email, this website and the services we provide.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
Dr.Ship manages procurement and shipping from China to Kuwait and the rest of the GCC for businesses: we buy from factories on our customers’ behalf, inspect the goods and ship them to their door. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Dr.Ship.
UK company: RZR DENIM LTD · Registered in England and Wales · Company No. 16676332
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you:
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and company.
- Your conversations with us: the messages, voice notes, photos and documents you send on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, and what you submit through the forms on this website.
- Order and shipping details: products, quantities, specifications, delivery addresses and shipment records.
- Invoices and payment records.
- Phone and WhatsApp calls with our team, which may be recorded for service quality and training.
- How you use this website: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, collected through analytics cookies.
3. Why we use your data
We use your data to:
- answer your enquiries and prepare quotations;
- source, buy, inspect and ship your goods;
- issue invoices and collect payment;
- keep the records the law requires;
- improve our service and train our team;
- publish a review you send us, only with your consent, under the name, company and country you entered;
- send you updates on your orders, and offers and news that you can stop at any time (see Marketing messages).
4. How we handle your messages and calls
Our team reads and answers your messages. An AI assistant helps them: it suggests and drafts replies, turns voice notes and calls into text, and summarises conversations. Some messages are sent automatically, such as a note confirming that we received your message outside working hours, and follow-ups on open requests. A member of our team remains responsible for every commitment, price and order.
5. Who processes your data for us
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Messaging and email: the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram from Meta, our email provider, and the providers that connect them to our systems.
- Telephony: our cloud phone system, which connects and records calls.
- Hosting and storage: cloud servers for our systems, and cloud storage for files and call recordings.
- AI services: to draft replies, turn audio into text and summarise conversations.
- Accounting and invoicing software, and payment providers.
- Website analytics and advertising measurement, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel: they receive information about visits and clicks, and we do not send them your name, phone number or the content of your messages.
Suppliers and our inspection, shipping and customs partners receive only what they need to fulfil your order, such as product specifications and delivery details.
6. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
7. Marketing messages
To stop our offers and news at any time, reply STOP, or use WhatsApp’s own option to stop promotional messages in your chat with us. Either way, we stop sending them to you on all our WhatsApp lines, and you will still receive messages about your orders. To receive offers again, reply START.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. After that, we delete it or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you.
9. Security and international transfers
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including limiting access to the team members who need it for their work.
Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside your country. We share with them only what their service needs.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data (see How to request deletion of your data);
- stop using your data for marketing.
To make a request, use the contact details under Contact us. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

- Include your name, the phone number or email address you used with us, and whether you want all of your data deleted or only certain items.
- We confirm that we have received your request and complete it within 30 days. We tell you if the law requires us to keep anything, such as invoices and accounting records, and we keep only that.
12. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
